Welcome to the Spectator, bringing you a review of all the days action game by game, presented to you by the faces of the World Sevens, the one, the only award winning Rugby League Micronational Commentary team: Jimmy & Johnny

The Semi Finals start tommorrow (even though we've been calling them the Quarters all week) Are you Excited? (I'M EXCITED!) Right...

The Cup

Semi Final One: Terra Firma Tigers v Treesian Knights

Tale of the Tape: Super Six Round One: Terra Firma Tigers 2 lost to Treesian Knights 8

The Tigers are the number one contenders and haven't lost a game since they lost to the Knights. Will they again lose to the Treesians or will they avenge there loss and move on to the final. Either way its a United Baronies victory. The Tigers will be relying on Albert, there goalkicking sensation with no last name. While the Treesians will be relying on goal kicker Eoin Dornan to lead them to victory.

Semi Final Two: Farren Eayst Rangers v Free Republic Independents

Tale of the Tape: Super Six Round One: Farren Eayst Rangers 10 defeated Free Republic Independents 2

The Rangers have simply been amazing through out the World Sevens, only losing two matches so far, to Lechardten and Terra Firma. They come from the relatively unheard of micronation of Farren Eayst and did not play any warm up matches prior to the World Sevens. The Free Republic have been consistent but nothing flashy, only just qualifying for the Cup Super Six and really are not deserving of winning the World Sevens Cup. The Rangers, surprisingly, don't have a stand out player, its a good balanced team. While the Independents will be relying on goalkicker Matt Hardy and playmaker John Garcia.

The Bowl

Semi Final One: Wirraram Region v Tallandor Toreadors

Tale of the Tape: Round Five, Pool B: Wirraram Region 8 lost to Tallandor Toreadors 14

Wirraram have won Four games in a row since losing to the Toreadors. Will Tallandor once again upset the Wirraram locals or will the Wirraram side make it five wins in a row going into the World Sevens Bowl Final? Wirraram have a good balanced side with quality all over the park while Tallandor have an outstanding back line and some average forwards. Should shape up to be a good contest between two even matched sides.

Semi Final Two: Most Serene Empire of the Cumquat v Empire of Crofton

Tale of the Tape: Round Two, Super Six: Empire of Crofton 8 lost to Most Serene Empire of the Cumquat 18

Two great Empires going head to head. Cumquat have really improved after a dreadful start to the World Sevens in pool play while Crofton have won enough to scrape through each time. Both teams played in the first World Sevens, with Crofton winning the bowl and Cumquat losing to Amerada in a Quarterfinal. This year however it seems Cumquat will surpass Crofton, but only time will tell. Crofton are another balanced team with no stand out superstar while Cumquat are pretty balanced but have the brilliance of Bryan Keith Holland, that could be the difference.

The Plate

Semi Final One: Skerry Scuttlers v Califario Bears

Tale of the Tape: Round Four, Super Six: Califario Bears 8 defeated Skerry Scuttlers 6

The Bears, as we all know, were last years champions, its been sad but amazing to watch there fall this year. Will they keep on falling or can they manage to save some honour by capturing the World Sevens Plate? First they have to get past number one contenders; the Skerry Isles. Califario will be relying on the Goal Kicking of Ryan Girdler while Skerry have Superstarts Dory Funk and Steven Richards who are both joint-leaders of the IRLDB International "Man Of Steel" Award.

Semi Final Two: Aerlig Vanquishers v Nova Pacaria Pirates

Tale of the Tape: Round Seven Super Six: Nova Pacaria Pirates 2 lost to Aerlig Vanquishers 11

The Pirates were last years bridesmaids and have fallen almost as far as the Bears did. Lets hope this isn't a reply of yesterdays demolition of the Pirates by Aerlig, we want close, high scoring football. The Vanquishers are a un-flashy average side of hardened footballers while Nova Pacaria has no standouts but most have experience in the Califario Regional League.
