We are back! And what a New Years we had. I myself only woke up in an alleyway yesterday and Johnny, well I'm sure he has his own stories to tell (I sure do, but lets get to the action on the League field)

The Cup

Terra Firma Tigers v Farren Eayst Rangers

At full time the Scores were locked 14-all. But it only took two minutes of extra time before the Tigers got a penalty and won 16-14.

Free Republic Independents v Treesian Knights

The FR defeated the Knights 10-4. Both teams go through into the Quarter Finals.

The Bowl

New Bruges Earls v Empire of Crofton

In a heavy defeat Crofton defeated the Earls 20-10. The Earls looked so promising in the early stages of Pool Play but are now going home after failing to make the Quarters of the Bowl.

Tallandor Toreadors v Yardistan Rebels

Bob Bobness scored 5 goals and Captain Frank T. Dugford scored the winning dropgoal as the Rebels defeated Tallandor 11-10 in a very close and exciting match.

The Plate

Skerry Scuttlers v Tebec Titans

Skerry won 14-12 in what was a good game of Rugby League. Both teams scored two tries each, Tebec's goalkicking let them down.

Amerada Aeros v Califario Bears

Carl McGlade wasn't enough to defeat the Califario Bears, the Bears winning 18-8. Carl scored all 8 of Amerada's points but Califarios three tries and good goal kicking from Ryan Girdler (3/5) helped the Bears defeat there motherland.

Lechardten Region v Nova Pacaria Pirates

Lechardten finally showed what we all know, they are actually a League team (:O) by defeating the Pirates 16-6. The Home side has been consistently underperforming this year and its great to finally see them win a game.

With only one match remaining the Final four have been decided. Skerry will go in as number one contender. With either Aerlig or Nova Pacaria going in as second depending on the last match. Califario is the fourth team to get through into the Quarters.
